What Can We Help With?
Some of the electrical problems that might require prompt professional attention.
What Happens When You Call?
We’ll ask about the fault, when it started, which areas are affected and whether there are any immediate safety concerns. We’ll then confirm attendance arrangements and explain the next steps.
On site, we can investigate the issue, explain what we've found and discuss repair options. Some faults may require replacement parts or a follow-up visit, depending on the situation.
For an urgent electrical fault, please phone us. For planned repairs, inspections or other non-urgent work, you can use our Contact Us page.
Electrical Safety Comes First
If there is a fire, smoke or immediate danger, move away from the affected area and call 999. Do not touch damaged, sparking or water-affected electrical equipment. If it is safe to do so, you may isolate the affected supply at the consumer unit; otherwise leave it alone and get professional help.
If the power is off across your street or neighbourhood, report the network fault by calling 105, the free UK power-cut service. That is different from a fault within your own installation.
